Comments On Apr 03, 2018:I have quite a few of these. I even use them on grinders that I don't often use for turning tools. It allows for the versatility of having a variety of support platforms. Positioning is repeatable enough to allow for precision fixturing.

A flawless replacement platform

Comments On Jun 07, 2015:I have been using the Wolverine sharpening base with the large and small platforms for about 6 months and love them. Before installing them I never could get a consistent bevel on my chisels and plane irons and now it's easy and repeatable. I use the grinder a lot more now and find myself sharpening all sorts of things such as pruning shears, lawnmower blades, knives, etc... It's well worth the investment.

Sharpening tools as a novice with Oneway Wolverine

Comments On Oct 15, 2013:I purchased this sharpening system not knowing much about sharpening of my chisels. When I inquired at the store, one of the employees showed me the system and took me in the back and instructed me on the use of this system. I purchased it and when I got home, I installed it in my shop and proceeded to sharpen my very dull chisels. I was surpised at the easy in which my first attempt was successful in making my chisels sharp once again. Even though I am sure I will get better with practice, I was very happy at the results I achieved on my first attempt. It is sure nice to be able to touch up my tools in just a few minutes.
