Arguably my favorite wood for turning

Comments On Jun 10, 2016:Love this wood, the finish you can achieve is amazing. Very classy and anything you make will be great. Turns like butter. Drilling large holes with forstner bits takes patience, this is very hard wood. Go slow to avoid heat build up. I've used it for turning some bagpipe accessories, and the wow factor is off the scale.
