- Designed as a non-aggressive finishing system, the wavy edge design of Wave Sanding Discs eliminates the ridges frequently caused by traditional round discs while producing an excellent finish. Fingers-like waves around the disc gently blend surfaces in trouble areas where stationary sanding is required. Wave backing pads support the entire surface of the disc by matching the profile of the disc.

Work well in bowls

Comments On Dec 09, 2019:These work very well for inside curves. The wavy edge contours along the inside of bowls and fit other vendor attachments - I use them with a Sorby attachment and Woodturners Wonders random orbital.

Not the Best Sandpaper

Comments On Feb 28, 2019:I usually use the Yellow or Green Wave discs but decided to give these a try. The grit is considerably finer than the 60 grit that I am used to so I am not sure these are standard. The paper is thinner and the disc loads up quickly. They aren't terrible but I am sticking with the Green Wave discs from now on.
