I like it so much I bought a second.

Comments On Apr 23, 2016:This is an excellent chuck. It works great on my Shopsmith with a 16 inch swing. I bought most of the jaws for it from small to large for the projects I do. I also have the jumbo jaws for it too. I am very happy with the holding power and ease of use of this chuck. Yes I did buy a second one to save on set up time or if i am working on two of the same projects, helps on getting them done quicker.

    Oneway Talon Chuck

Comments On Jul 15, 2013:This is an excellent chuck and its size is perfect for bowls, platters, and similar sized turnings that are less than 16 inches or less in diameter. I prefer the solid holding ability of the profiled jaws which gives them excellent holding ability over their full range without damaging the tenon. They run true and without vibration even at maximum lathe speed.
