Comments On Dec 03, 2014:I can't complain about the kit because the quality is good. And the pen turns out attractive and offers a choice of size that falls in between a thin slimline and a fat cigar pen. But it is my least favorite of the types I've tried due to it's perceived lack of quality when compared to the others (apprentice cigar, slimline, European, and PSI bolt action). This is due the mechanical play or looseness in the click mechanism when retracting the ball point and the play between the ball point itself and the throat it passes through. I'm a bit of a detail oriented guy, so this may be something that most don't notice or care about. But when handled side by side with the cigar pen or the PSI bolt action pen, the mechanics lag far behind. Just my 2 cents.

Comments On Sep 26, 2014:This pen is easy to turn, the length of the tube maximizes pen blank usage as well as the show of material used (wood, acrylic, Corian), and is easy to assemble in minimal time. Click mechanism reliable. Worth the price!
