We process orders quickly at Craft Supplies USA. If you place an order before 4:00pm Eastern Monday - Friday, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will ship the following business day.
*Wholesale, school, and club orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day, but we're pretty fast, and in most cases they will ship same the day.

Our Standard Ground shipping rates are based on the merchandise value of your order and are listed below. These rates are for delivery within the contiguous United States with expected delivery times of 2-5 days. Additional freight charges may apply to heavy or oversize items. Express shipments are charged actual shipping.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories?
Yes, we offer USPS Priority, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Priority Overnight on our website, although other options are available to you by calling our Customer Service Department to place your order. You will be charged the actual shipping cost, plus a nominal 99 cent processing fee. Please call us at 1-800-551-8876 for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all international orders are shipped via FedEx International or International Post. Orders are charged the actual shipping cost, plus a $3.00 processing fee. After your order is submitted, we will contact you within 1 business day to provide you with a shipping quote. Please note that shipments made via International Post are not insured and will not be replaced if lost. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes charged by your country. You may want to check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of charges. Items marked as hazardous cannot be shipped internationally.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. Items marked as hazardous cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
