Craft Supplies USA opened in the fall of 1982 at 1644 South State St. in Provo, Utah. Founded by my father Dale and I,
Craft Supplies USA was started because of our desire to bring American woodturners top quality woodturning tools and
equipment that existed in England and Australia but that was not available to North American woodturners at the time.
After 5 years in business, growth necessitated that we build a new warehouse facility that would provide the space we needed
for future growth. We continued to grow and establish ourselves as the leader in the woodturning market and in 1987 built
a new woodturning classroom that is considered by many of today's top professional woodturners to be the finest in the world. Dale retired after 30 years as professor at Brigham Young University in 1995 and has been with us full time since then. Dale remains workshop director here at Craft Supplies USA and continues to teach many courses throughout the year.
Throughout the constant growth and improvements over the years, our goal has remained the same; to provide the very best
products and service to our customers while maintaining an uplifting environment in which our employees know that they are
valued and are an integral part of our success. As President of Craft Supplies USA, I am privileged to work with a team of
exceptional individuals who share the common goal of making every customer experience with Craft Supplies USA a positive
one where they look forward to doing business with us again.
