    Works better than I expected

I thought this tool was likely another sanding gimmick but was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Easy to use, virtually no marks from the sand paper. I should mention the sanding I'm referencing was the inside of some turned bowls.

  • Micro Surface Pen Finishing Kit

    Micro Surface Pen Finishing Kit

    PHILLIP in TX

    Grade A quality

When it comes to finishing pens micro mesh is a must have. This kit has all 9 grits and the price is far better than Rockler and Woodcraft. I try to pick up more when I can snag the free shipping code, or when I place an order large enough to qualify for the free shipping. I've made 61 pens with my first micro mesh kit and it is still in use today. The pieces show a little wear but will most likely last for another 40-50 pens easily. I highly recommend using it at a slower speed as it is still just as effective and the lower speed helps make it last a lot longer

    Awesome stuff

The colors on the back make everything easier and more organized. Esp in a messy shop. The different grits are fairly thick and seem to hold up to heat really well too.

    Norton 3x Sandpaper

It's the best sandpaper I've used. By far superior and longer lasting than 3M. The paper is thick enough not to roll up or fail..

  • Premium Green 3" Sanding Discs

    Premium Green 3" Sanding Discs

    Green is Better

For several years I have been using "other" sanding discs. Many of the other discs wear out after one use or fall apart during 2nd or 3rd use. By falling apart, I mean the backing coming off. I find the green to be more durable and the ceramic grit does not load up as easily as other discs and can be used multiple times with out the backing coming off. Because they do not load up, sanding is faster. My only complaint is 60 grit is not offered. I find the 80 grit does not tear-out as good as 60 does.
