In this tutorial, learn how to apply sanding sealer to your turned projects. We recommend applying a sanding sealer to most woodturnings prior to finishing. A good sanding sealer protects against discoloration caused by finishes, fills the pores of the wood to assure a smooth finish as well as providing a durable base on which to apply the final finish or color.
