Craft Supplies USA does its utmost to maintain prices shown in our catalog. Nevertheless, due to unforeseen changes, prices may change without notice. If an item price increases more than 10% we will notify you for your approval before shipping. Despite careful preparation, typographical errors or errors in technical descriptions sometimes occur in our publications, for this we apologize.

Out of stock items:

Items not in stock will be shipped by regular ground delivery when they become available. Wood items will not be back ordered. Out of stock items will not be back ordered on orders outside the continental U.S.

Product changes:

Craft Supplies USA is continually searching for and/or developing high quality products. At times we may substitute a brand of equal or better quality. Craft Supplies USA reserves the right to alter product design in an effort to constantly improve our products. Please call our customer service team if you need more information.

Returns:

If you're not satisfied with any product, return it for an exchange or refund; whichever you choose. Unless the product being returned is defective or is not the item you ordered, you are responsible for the shipping charges incurred when returning any product. Pen and project components will not be accepted for return unless originally purchased as components. Items that have been abused or modified from their original condition may not be accepted.

Simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-551-8876 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and assistance with return shipping. Write the RMA number on the outside of your box or envelope. Ship the package back to us and our Returns Department will use the RMA to credit your card or account with the proper amount, or send a replacement package.
